The next step in the Weaver Davit system is ready. The Weaver Hoist is a hydraulic davit system operated by a foot pump. No power required.
- By pumping the cylinder with your foot you raise the dinghy on your Weaver Davits to a vertical position up to 400 pounds.
- You twist a valve to slowly lower the dinghy using the dinghy weight.
- The boom will fold back onto itself for a compact unit on the swim platform.
- You will still need to use the Weaver Stand-off brackets to hold the dinghy in the upright position.
- Weaver is using a marine grade hydraulic oil that is safe for the water environment.
- The Weaver Hoist is made from stainless steel, marine grade brass,comes with a lifetime limited warranty and is made in the USA.
- The dimensions are 12″ x 9″ at the base and the height is 29″ folded and 52″ with the boom extended.
- The weight is 70lbs.
- Can be used in conjunction with the Weaver engine leaver (see related products below).
- You decide if you want the hydraulic pump to reside on the port side swim platform or starboard side swim platform.
