Refund Policy
As a family owned and managed company, Bixler's Marine Inc. is committed
to offering quality products.
If you receicve damaged materials please contact us within 10 days for
exchange or full refund of the merchandise price.
Unopened products in the original packaging may be returned within 30 days of
the date of purchase for a full exchange or refund of merchandise
price.
To return a product, please send us an email at Bixlersmarineinfo@verizon.net.
We will email you a return authorization number.
Repack the
authorization email,
and
product in the original packaging or place
inside a box suitable for shipping with all the original enclosures, parts, and
accessories.
Repair kits can only be shipped via ground
transportation with a ORM-D sticker placed clearly on the
package. Return it to us postage pre-paid (we do not accept
C.O.D.), with the appropriate insurance.
